also a Life Member of the Society and its Medical Advisor.

kinds of pain, the reasons for pain, and some points on how we can
manage it ourselves.

Morris from Sleeptech spoke on Sleep Apnoea and so much more.
He talked about our need for sleep, and gave some practical
tips on how to understand our sleep requirements.

some of the problems people have with their feet, some of the treatment
options, and some self-care tips.
